The local organizers of the joint SAS-LOPSTR-AGP event have prebooked a number of rooms in several hotels at reduced rates. Most of them also offer special rates during weekends.

All hotels mentioned below are within walking distance from the conference venue (you can take a look at some maps and indications). Additionally, they all offer direct Internet access in the rooms. 

Note that prices are subject to increase as we approach the dates of the events. Please, book as soon as possible to make sure you get the best rates. All prices are in Euros.

Hotel bookings will be processed by the hotels on a first-come-first-serve basis. Again, please book as soon as possible to make sure that the hotel/type of room you want is available.

Reservation: In order to book in a hotel, please click on its reservation form. Then, fill in the form, print it, sign it, and fax it to the hotel of your choice (fax number is included in the form). Note that no information is sent to the hotels other than the fax.

Cancellation: Cancellation of hotel reservations must be communicated to the hotel 48 hours before the arrival date. Otherwise, hotels may charge you for the first night.

(1) The "Residencia de Estudiantes" is not a commercial hotel. It is a private foundation managed by the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC), the largest research institution in Spain. Every year it becomes a meeting point for nearly 3.000 researchers, artists and scholars, from all over the world, typically spending short periods at the Residencia (usually no longer than one week). It is a charming and nice place with similar facilities to a hotel.

(2) Weekend special rate applies to each of friday, saturday, and sunday nights.

Other hotels:   The hotels above have the advantage of being within walking distance of the conference venue. If you are willing to take the subway, the are of course many other options.
