strange msg in /var/adm/messages

All the answers were pointing to an hardware problem.
MMU is probably the memory management unit.
The Bad Trap error can be caused by a faulty CPU, bad memory or a
motherboard fault. One advise was to swap memory with another machine and
see if we got the same error.

With the help of Sun people, we change the board and for two days it
works fine.
