The first 3 said that Solstice PPP only add a GUI tools to configure the
ppp connection easily.
The last one suggested to look at Celeste Stokely's page for some free
ppp:
http://www.stokely.com/.
Here is my request:
Hi Sunners,
I've installed Solaris 2.6x86 on my pentium back at home. With Solaris,
there is a ppp software that is part of the os (SUNWapppr, SUNWapppu and
SUNWpppk). It is configured and working (I've used my 2.5 config).
Also, with a license server of solaris 2.6 (we have it at work!), there
is a Solstice PPP client software that can be add to the system !
Is there any advantage of using Solstice PPP over basic bundle ppp ?
Thank's and I will summerize.
Simon.
