Re: IP DOS attacks -- Win95/WS2 update

We have verified that Winsock2 with the VIPUPD patch resists all the IP DOS
attacks we have, including jolt, ssping, exploit, synk4, teardrop, winnuke.

As reported, this VIPUPD is only for WS2.
