- The cgi-bin interface dictates that a handler of a form starts
and terminates for each interaction.
- Thus, form handlers in principle do not have state.
- State can in fact be passed through the form interface (using
info in hidden fields).
- However, for a large application, staring and stopping can be
very inefficient.
