Heres a variation of the IE 4 Bug. It crashes Netscape 4.04 pretty fast.
The most important part is <META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="0;
URL=test.htm"> in test2.htm. Without this Netscape won't crash, but just
load 4 frames.
