• Access to all scientific events during all days in which any of the events included in your registration option is active.
  
  This includes invited talks and sessions of SAS, LOPSTR, AGP, and CoLogNet Workshop, independently of whether your registration option explicitely includes it or not. In other words you register for a number of days, and, during that time, there is free mobility of participants among events.
  
  
• All lunches and coffe breaks, during those days.
  
  
• Attendance to all social events, including social dinner and excursion (except for participants in the CoLogNet Ws. only).

For example, if you register for SAS only, then you should not participate in the conference on Monday. Also, if you register for AGP only, you should not participate in the conference on Thursday nor Friday.

Proceedings which are included with the registration:

The registration fee includes basically one copy of the proceedings of each event included in your registration option. The table below shows the proceedings which are included in each option.

You can order additional copies of proceedings through the registration form. It will also be possible to purchase additional copies at the conference site during the event. However, note that only a limited number of extra copies of the proceedings will be available. Also, cost may be higher. Thus, it is advisable to order your extra proceedings by marking the corresponding boxes in the registration form.

Early registration has reduced fees. ( extended )

A registration qualifies for early registration fees if it is submitted before September 3. If you register on time, the correct registration fee will be shown on the form by our on-line system.

There are reduced fees for full time students.

Simply tick the appropriate button in the registration form. Our on-line system will trust you, but you will have to show a valid proof of full-time studentship at the registration desk when you arrive at the conference.

Different registration options have different registration fees.
